Just back from a week away and so I am behind in joining in with the search for green this month. I did not have to look back far in my photographs to see that all around us there is an abundance of green. In all possible shades and blends.
Am rushing this post so will let the greens speak for themselves!
Gorgeous each and every one!
ReplyDeleteThanks Fiona - did the post so quickly I didn't even check to see how it looked. They do look lush and gorgeous don't they!
Deleteare the first two images glass Susan?
ReplyDeleteHello Mo. Yes - they are fragments from a very large and beautiful sculptural piece that I look when we were in Vancouver prior to our Alaskan trip last year. I think my daughter told me that it was actually the 'torch' for the Olympic Games in Canada - though I didn't follow that through.
DeleteYep - just goggled it! I was so entranced with the colours and reflections I took about twenty detail photographs.
DeleteWow!
ReplyDeleteGreen is quite delicious isn't it - makes you feel all warm and happy.
Deleteunless you happen to be in Alaska on a boat with ice around you!!!
DeleteAbsolutely gorgeous, every single one!
ReplyDeleteThanks Sharmon. Didn't think I had much 'green' to photograph but then looked through photos already taken and there was masses of it! And I look out and am surrounded but it all day too.
ReplyDeleteSo many beautiful examples of all the different variations of greens in the world around us.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely selection of greens - topped off with that red and blue parrot. What a wonderful statement he makes!
